Information we collect

SafetyDraft collects information you choose to provide through consultation and resource-delivery forms. This may include contact, company, location, project type, document requirements, deadlines, inquiry, requested-resource details, and an optional answer about how you heard about us. These forms are not intended for sensitive personal information.

How information is used

Submitted information is used to deliver requested resources, review inquiries, communicate with you, evaluate service fit, prepare a proposed scope, understand resource interest and self-reported inquiry sources, and maintain reasonable business records. Requesting a checklist does not subscribe you to ongoing marketing.

Service providers

Website hosting, form delivery, email, security, and privacy-conscious analytics providers may process limited information on SafetyDraft’s behalf. SafetyDraft does not sell consultation-form information.

Retention and security

Information is retained only as reasonably needed for inquiry follow-up, business records, legal obligations, and security. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You may ask SafetyDraft to correct or delete inquiry information, subject to legitimate business or legal retention needs. Contact hello@safetydraft.com with a privacy-related request.

Analytics and ad measurement

SafetyDraft uses Vercel Speed Insights to measure aggregated website performance. Optional Google Analytics measures site use and successful inquiries. Optional OpenAI ad measurement helps connect successful documentation review requests to our ChatGPT ads. You can accept both, choose Analytics only, or decline both. Neither optional provider loads before your choice. Your preference is stored in your browser; use Measurement preferences at the bottom of the page to change it.

When you accept ad measurement, the OpenAI Pixel can store an ad-click reference in a first-party cookie and send conversion information to OpenAI. Its automatic advanced matching may detect supported contact information from forms, normalize it, and send a SHA-256 hash to help match conversions. This automatic matching does not send raw contact details. SafetyDraft does not add your written inquiry or document contents to analytics events. Declining measurement does not affect your ability to request a review.

Changes

This policy may be updated as website tools and business practices change. The effective date will be revised when material changes are published.
