How SafetyDraft handles information submitted through this website.

SafetyDraft approachPractical. Prioritized. Plain English.

Effective: July 19, 2026

Information we collect

SafetyDraft collects information you choose to provide through consultation and resource-delivery forms. This may include contact, company, facility, inquiry, and requested-resource details. These forms are not intended for sensitive personal information.

How information is used

Submitted information is used to deliver requested resources, review inquiries, communicate with you, evaluate service fit, prepare a proposed scope, understand resource interest, and maintain reasonable business records. Requesting a checklist does not subscribe you to ongoing marketing.

Service providers

Website hosting, form delivery, email, security, and privacy-conscious analytics providers may process limited information on SafetyDraft’s behalf. SafetyDraft does not sell consultation-form information.

Retention and security

Information is retained only as reasonably needed for inquiry follow-up, business records, legal obligations, and security. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You may ask SafetyDraft to correct or delete inquiry information, subject to legitimate business or legal retention needs. Contact hello@safetydraft.com with a privacy-related request.

Analytics and cookies

SafetyDraft uses Vercel Speed Insights to measure aggregated website performance. With your optional consent, the site also loads Google Analytics to measure page use and consultation conversions. Google Analytics is not loaded when you decline. The site stores your analytics preference in your browser. Analytics data is not used by SafetyDraft for advertising or personalization.

Changes

This policy may be updated as website tools and business practices change. The effective date will be revised when material changes are published.
