SafetyDraft does not issue regulatory approvals or guarantee compliance, citation prevention, incident elimination, liability protection, or insurance savings.

Client responsibility

The employer remains responsible for workplace safety, regulatory compliance, employee training, corrective action, and consultation with qualified legal, engineering, medical, regulatory, insurance, industrial-hygiene, or other professionals when appropriate.

Engagement terms
